Jasmine is an International yoga teacher, with over a decade of an Ashtanga based practice. She has a passion for sharing vinyasa and breath-based practices.
As an 200-hour registered and certified yoga teacher, with over 1000 hours of teaching her style is playful, yet structured. She has a keen awareness of timing and rhythm while incorporating the breath.
With an educational background in Health Science and Biology, it has influenced her passion for alignment and body awareness.
She continues her education of the body by attending workshops regularly. With 20 years in leadership positions, her focus with each individual is their growth and development. She has worked with students of all levels and believes yoga is for everyBODY.
Everything she does, is approached holistically. She has a great understanding of how our overall wellness is based on how we manage our health through nutrition, exercise and mental wellness.
Her mission is to inspire others to live healthy, purposeful lives, through movement, nutrition, and mindfulness.
